It is that time of year when we are bustling around getting all the gifts, cooking and also bringing Holiday Cheer to loved ones and those who need our assistance. I love to use essential oils to help myself to be more motivated to get all of these things done and enjoy it at the same time. I am very joyful to offer you this Christmas Aromatherapy Spritzer to bring good cheer to all who enter your house or office during the Holidays.
CHRISTMAS SPRITZER Formulation:
26 drops Inspire Blend- Natures Sunshine
6 drops Frankincense
8 drops Red Mandarin
6 drops Pine Sylvestris ( now in the video I accidentally counted out 8 drops) therefore it is not a challenge to have 6 or 8 drops. It is a Spritzer that is to be used in the air not on the skin.)
2oz water
2oz glass amber or colored bottle with Sprayer
Place essential oils in the bottle. Add water. Place Sprayer on top and fasten tightly. Roll between hands and shake well. Place label on the bottle. Spray in each corner of the room.
