How to Use Cinnamon Bark Essential for Emotional Challenges in the New Year!

Happy New Year! What a wonderful way to start the New Year off is by using Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil!

Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil –Cinnamomum verum J.Presl (Syn : Cinnamomum zeylanicum Blume) is spicy, stimulating, warm and sweet. It is a middle note in perfumery. It is in the Aldehyde family and it’s major chemical constituents are Cinnamal (Cinnamaldéhyde) (40,00 à 75,00%) Cinnamyl acétate (<= 18,00%) Beta phèllandrène (<= 11,00%) Béta caryophyllène (<= 9,00%) Eugénol (<= 7,50%!

It is fabulous for emotional challenges such as fear, emotional coldness, tension, heightens physical senses and enhances creativity, exhaustion, moodiness, pick me up for courage. Cinnamon bark is warming to the heart (Hargis, 2015).
