Hello, This time of year is always fun because you have bounty of the Autumn harvest and many delicious recipes made with Pumpkin and squashes. I love Pumpkin for its taste as well as the beta carotene that it contains, and all the lovely spices that go with Pumpkin.  One of the spices is cinnamon.
